Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all member states of the European Union (EU).

Delivery to P.O. boxes and to countries or regions outside of Europe (e.g. Asia, North and South America, Africa, and Oceania) is excluded.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping:
For deliveries within the EU, we charge a flat rate of 4,90 € per order.

Free shipping:
Orders with a total value of 35 € or more qualify for free shipping.

Additional fees:
Additional charges may apply for special shipping methods (e.g. express delivery) or deliveries to hard-to-reach areas. These will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

Within Germany:
The delivery time is typically 2–4 business days from receipt of payment.

Within the EU (excluding Germany):
The delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from receipt of payment.

Please note that delivery may take longer for items not currently in stock. In such cases, we will inform you without delay.

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped exclusively via DHL.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Transport Damage

The risk of transport damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
